La Villajoyosa Espana Clock
European chocolates make your heart skip a beat/ bring joy to every taste bud. Watch time go by with this tin from Spain’s Villajoyosa Chocolatissimo market area. It’s as famous as it is historic (1881). Local factories really do open their doors to travelers for tours and tastes and their chocolates are presented in these lovely tins measuring 8.75” wide x 6” tall x 2.5” deep/22.225 cm x 15.24 cm x 6.35 cm. In my studio I’ve dressed this one up, upcycled it into a calorie-free- clock with vintage glass pearls marking 3,6,9 and 12. (A214)
