We All Deserve One - Upcycled, One Of A Kind Fiber Arts

Everyone comes with a story, everything comes with a past.

These pieces, holding many peoples’ stories, are now recrafted to make a future moment for you.

A desire to make a difference, and one joyful knitter make up A Second Chance. Unique, hand knitted, crocheted and/or embroidered pieces are created from 100’s of pieces of forgotten clothing. All materials are 100% UPCYCLED/RECLAIMED. I create each piece on my great-grandmothers’ needles and sewing machine using what I learned from my grandmother and mom.

A serendipitous combination of forgotten clothing, techniques and designs making no two pieces exactly the same.

On top of helping national charities by only purchasing material from thrift stores across the USA, A Second Chance also gives 10% of each year’s sales to KIVA, where small businesses in developing worlds can get the second chance they need.
